Job summary

Sonepar USA, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, storing, and delivering materials. You will supervise and train warehouse staff, manage inventory, and ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient operations.

The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, standing for long periods, and familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse tech. Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm, full-time with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, organize, train warehouse staff and manage goals.
• Assist with inventory management, shipping and receiving.
• Process shipment orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort.
• Document carton-level details using RF scanning, including condition, quantity, and location.
• Monitor order receipt and regularly check inventory.
• Move inventory for delivery and unload products from freight trucks.

Summary:

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within the warehouse.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Assist with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner
• Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort
• Use RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in warehouse
• Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received
• Check inventory regularly
• Move inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number
• Unload products from freight truck and organize them within the warehouse
