Job summary

Sonepar USA Inc in Mesa, AZ is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.

You will supervise team members, use RF scanning devices, and move inventory to prepare orders. The role requires forklift experience and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with work hours Monday through Friday 6:00am–3:00pm. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize, and train warehouse staff to achieve peak efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
• Process shipment orders promptly and accurately.

• Use RF scanning to document carton-level information.
• Monitor order receipt and verify inventory.
• Move inventory for delivery and unload from freight trucks.

Summary:

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within the warehouse.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Assist with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner
• Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort
• Use RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in warehouse
• Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received
• Check inventory regularly
• Move inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number
• Unload products from freight truck and organize them within the warehouse
