Job summary

QED, Inc is seeking a Lead Inbound Warehouse Associate in Phoenix. You will oversee warehouse operations, supervise staff, and drive efficiency while meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, processing shipments, using RF scanners, and ensuring accurate carton data. You must be able to lift 50+ pounds, stand for long periods, and work Mon-Fri 6:00am–3:00pm. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, and disability coverage.

Summary:

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within the warehouse.

What You'll Do:

• E nsure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency - with customer satisfaction the primary goal - by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Assist with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner
• Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort
• Use RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in warehouse
• Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received
• Check inventory regularly
• Move inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number
• Unload products from freight truck and organize them within the warehouse

What You'll Bring:

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Ability to work strategically as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds without assistance
• Ability to stand comfortably for six or more hours at a time
• Age 18 or older
• Familiarity with computers and RF scanning technology
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
• Experience in operating a forklift
• Age 18 or older

Work hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:00am - 3:00pm
