Job summary

QED, a member of the Sonepar family, is seeking a Warehouse / Driver Associate in Kingman, AZ to deliver materials to customer sites and branches, load and secure goods, and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding reliable service.

The role requires a valid driver\'s license, safety awareness, and the ability to learn scanners and warehouse systems. Typical schedule is 6:30am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver\'s license (and clean record).
• Commitment to 100% accuracy (DIRTFT).
• Ability to learn use of hand-held scanners and operating systems.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and reliable.
• Self-motivated with teamwork and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Making deliveries to customer job sites, shops, and other locations.
• Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety and vehicle readiness.
• Ensure truck is properly loaded, secured, and within weight limitation.
• Shipping and receiving products.
• Filling orders in support of delivery routes.
• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Order filling, including wire cutting & pipe order filling.
• Safe forklift/equipment usage.
• Assisting with loading/offloading freight or delivery trucks.
• Able to assist with helping customers and answering phone calls when necessary.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

A Warehouse / Driver Associate for QED is responsible for checking and loading material onto truck, delivering material to customers or branches in a timely professional manner, and forming positive customer relationships to ensure the correct material reaches the customer while maintaining the reputation of providing a reliable and accountable delivery service.

What You'll Do:

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs)
• Driving delivery vehicle.
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Warehouse Environment
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

Location: Kingman, AZ

Schedule: Between the hours of 6:30am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
