Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mesa, AZ to handle shipping, receiving, and inventory activities. You will supervise warehouse staff, organize operations, and ensure accurate order fulfillment, using RF scanning and forklift equipment as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, with a focus on meeting customer expectations and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse to maximize efficiency with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, organize, and train warehouse staff; set and monitor goals.
• Assist with inventory, shipping, and receiving processes.
• Fill shipment orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow company values of quality, innovation, and comfort.
• Document carton-level information using RF scanning.
• Monitor systems to ensure orders are received and processed.
• Move inventory for delivery and unload products from trucks.

Summary

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies within the warehouse.

What You\'ll Do

• E nsure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Assist with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
• Contribute to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner
• Adhere to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort
• Use RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in warehouse
• Monitor systems to ensure that all orders are received
• Check inventory regularly
• Move inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number
• Unload products from freight truck and organize them within the warehouse
