Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity and quality while meeting goals.
• Provide daily feedback on performance to employees and teams.
• Conduct daily team meetings to set expectations and assignments.
• Communicate goals clearly and resolve questions promptly.
• Develop cross-trained teams across departments.
• Maintain daily communication with inbound teams and management; adjust hours as needed.
• Be a resource on tasks, policies, and warehouse initiatives.
• Report personnel issues to leadership for timely resolution.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound purchase orders in internal systems.
• Resolve PO issues and verify overages before receipt closure.
• Organize the dock based on space and direct unloading.
• Manage workflow and adjust to labor availability.
• Conduct inspections to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify roadblocks and coordinate with other departments to remove them.
• Meet daily, weekly, monthly department goals.
• Adhere to all company and warehouse policies.
• Flex into other positions to support operations.
