Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or PhD with 11+ years in biotech/pharma research and drug development.
• Expertise in translational science and disease biology.
• Experience with cell/gene therapy and genome editing.

Responsibilities

• Lead in vivo gene editing programs for hemoglobinopathies.
• Direct target selection, preclinical, IND-enabling studies, and early clinical planning.
• Guide cross-functional teams to nominate development candidates and shape strategy.
