Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field required.
• Master’s degree or higher is heavily preferred for advanced HSC handling and genome engineering evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex in vivo studies using humanized and disease-relevant models to evaluate genome engineering outcomes.
• Isolate, characterize, and prepare human Hematopoietic Stem Cells (HSCs) using MACS and flow cytometry.
• Engraft, maintain, and refine advanced humanized models to support translational studies.
• Administer in vivo delivery approaches for experimental therapies with emphasis on welfare and rigor.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of health, engraftment, flow cytometry data, and observations.
