Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific area is required.
• Master's degree or higher is highly preferred for advanced HSC handling and genome engineering.
• Experience with humanized models and in vivo genome engineering is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex in vivo studies using humanized models to evaluate genome engineering outcomes.
• Perform isolation and characterization of human HSCs and targeted cell populations using MACS and flow cytometry.
• Administer in vivo delivery approaches for experimental therapies with welfare considerations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of studies, engraftment results, and cytometry data.
