Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Full Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation, training, and customer service to Club members, coordinating with warehouse managers and vendors for new location openings.

Typical schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k); PTO and disability coverage are provided to support work-life

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years retail, hospitality, or food environment experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and lead performing teams and exercise independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Direct all event activities for successful promotions and sales.
• Coordinate strategies to achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training and supervision of demonstrators.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators; participate in openings.
