Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and engage customers professionally. You will manage event equipment, set up the display, and drive product sales while maintaining a polished appearance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store staff, leading teammates in events, and documenting success stories with photos. The role supports up to 25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Computer skills: proficient use of PC and mobile devices with internal systems.
• Certificates: Food Safety Certification; local food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment and supplies for demos.
• Engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in-store.
• Coordinate with store management for events and communicate updates.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to teammates during events.
• Document setups with photos and complete required reports.
