Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and professionally engage customers to drive sales. You will handle event equipment, prepare samples, and maintain a polished appearance in a retail environment.

The role involves coordinating with store management during events, supporting the Supervisor, and documenting success stories with photos. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED accepted.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient use of a personal computer and mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment and supplies in stores.
• Act as point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Demonstrate products, engage customers, and drive sales.
• Communicate features and benefits of products to consumers.
• Ensure food safety while preparing samples with appliances.
