Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Event Associate to execute in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will manage equipment, engage shoppers, and sell products while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role requires high school education, basic PC skills, and food safety certification. You’ll coordinate with store management and support the supervisor as needed, with limited weekly hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficient use of a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handler permits if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming events when Supervisor is away.
• Be the point person for events in the store and assist other staff.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team.
• Explain product features and benefits to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
