Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking an In-House Electrician/Supervisor to perform residential electrical work on restoration projects, collaborating with mitigation and reconstruction teams to restore homes and businesses safely and efficiently.

The role emphasizes problem solving, code compliance, customer service, and supervision of on-site electrical tasks; journeyman license preferred; full-time year-round with competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience performing residential electrical work and installations.
• Ability to diagnose issues and provide code-compliant solutions.
• Strong teamwork, communication and safety focus.
• Licensed or experienced residential electrician with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical repairs, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, code-compliant solutions
• Install, replace, and repair outlets, switches, lighting, breakers, panels, and wiring
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Technicians, and Restoration Teams to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses
• Assist with other construction-related tasks when needed
