SERVPRO is seeking an In-House Electrician/Supervisor to perform residential electrical work on restoration and reconstruction projects, coordinating with mitigation and construction teams.

The role demands problem-solving, safety-first practices, and the ability to work independently or with a team in occupied homes and businesses.

A Journeyman license or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong communication and customer service skills, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical repairs, installations, upgades? (upgrades) and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, code-compliant solutions.
• Install, replace, and repair outlets, switches, lighting, breakers, panels, and wiring.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Technicians, and Restoration Teams to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses.
• Assist with other construction-related tasks when needed.

What You'll Do

As an In-House Electrician, you'll perform electrical work on residential restoration and reconstruction projects following water, fire, storm, and other property damage. You'll work closely with our mitigation and reconstruction teams to safely restore homes and businesses.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience
• Basic plumbing experience
• Experience in restoration, remodeling, or residential construction
• Ability to perform multiple skilled trades is a plus
