Job summary

Banyan Infrastructure is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to join as the founding implementation hire on the Customer Success team. This hands-on, project-based role blends process design, systems thinking, and practical implementation to translate customer workflows into Banyan’s platform.

You’ll own end-to-end customer implementations and help build the implementation practice, including standard onboarding frameworks, playbooks, templates, and data mapping workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS implementations or related roles.
• Experience mapping customer processes into software workflows.
• Proven ability to design and refine onboarding practices at startup pace.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations for new customers and major module rollouts.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and integrations.
• Map customer processes to scalable Banyan workflows and data import paths.
• Configure platform modules, dashboards, and process flows to goals.
• Develop onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and templates.
