Job summary

Dentsply Sirona in Charlotte, NC seeks a Product Training Manager for Implants. You will deliver product and technical training across virtual, classroom, and in-field formats, enabling field and virtual commercial teams to confidently sell, demonstrate, and support assigned portfolios.

Responsibilities include onboarding new hires, in-field coaching, and ensuring training materials stay current in Showpad and the Training Library. Travel 50–75%; base salary $90k–$110k, with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of product training, clinical education, sales enablement, or related commercial role.
• Experience delivering product training in virtual, classroom, and field environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical training for assigned portfolio in virtual, in-person, and blended formats.
• Support new hire onboarding for the portfolio, ensuring learners build baseline product knowledge and demo proficiency.
• Conduct in-field training and co-travel observations to reinforce learning and validate skill application.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer and Field Training Ambassador enablement as applicable.
• Deploy training aligned to launch timelines and business priorities with reinforcement cadence.
• Drive learner readiness through competency-based product training and practical demonstrations.
• Maintain portfolio learner resources within Showpad or the Sales Training Library.
