Job summary

Bruker Cellular Analysis (BCA) seeks a Staff Scientist in Immunology to lead next-generation single-cell workflows for antibody discovery, T cell profiling, and genomic recovery on Beacon optofluidic platforms.

You will translate customer needs into scalable assays, collaborate with genomics and engineering teams, and contribute to adjacent product lines. Strong background in B and T cell biology is required.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Immunology or related field with 3+ years industry experience, or M.S. with 5+ years.
• Deep expertise in B and T cell biology and functional characterization.
• Strong flow cytometry design, panel development and data analysis.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting complex cell-based assays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of single-cell assays on Beacon platforms.
• Design workflows linking single-cell phenotypes to molecular recovery and sequencing.
• Guide platform development with cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer needs into actionable assay requirements.
• Provide scientific leadership for feasibility studies and design reviews.
