Job summary

Takara Bio USA, Inc. is seeking a Scientist to advance immune profiling and NGS product development. The role combines wet-lab experimentation with computational analysis of AIRR data, including TCR and BCR profiling across diverse sample types.

You will lead projects, mentor staff, and collaborate with Bioinformatics, Marketing and Operations to translate biological insights into robust products. The candidate will design, optimize bulk and single-cell workflows, analyze datasets at the command

Qualifications

Ph.D. in immunology, molecular biology, genomics, or a related scientific discipline.
Hands-on experience with AIRR profiling of bulk and single‑cell immune repertoire data.
Strong ability to analyze sequencing data and interpret results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead development of NGS immune profiling workflows from concept to product readiness.
Design, execute, and analyze experiments for TCR/BCR repertoire projects.
Mentor researchers and coordinate with Bioinformatics, Marketing and Operations.
Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders at meetings.
