Syneos Health is seeking a Dir, Epidemiology Pipeline (TA-Immunology) to lead scientific oversight across immunology clinical trials, working with RWLP management and sponsors to develop and win opportunities. The role requires deep epidemiology expertise and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, or Public Health (Master's preferred, Doctorate a plus).
• In-depth knowledge of study designs; familiarity with post-marketing/late-phase trials.
• Basic knowledge of SAS, R or Python for analyses.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; strong teamwork and leadership.
• Ability to develop abstracts/manuscripts and present findings.
• Experience in immunology clinical trials is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as scientific resource for RWLP management and other functions.
• Lead development and delivery of proposals, bid defenses, and capability presentations.
• Provide scientific oversight of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality.
• Coordinate with project managers on study start-up and ongoing study management.
• Develop and peer-review protocols, CRFs, SAPs, and interim/final reports.
• Facilitate scientific advisory boards for safety studies and publications.
• Train RWLP teams on trial designs, guidelines, and regulatory expectations.
• Improve processes for non-traditional site management and remote monitoring.
• Develop sponsor relationships and publish abstracts/articles to promote services.
