GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead II to oversee a busy warehouse team in Omaha. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure accurate and timely inventory and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehousing, experience with WMS and handheld scanners, and the ability to work overtime including weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and handheld scanners
• Flexibility for overtime, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Solid verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Train and coach warehouse employees, review workloads and assign tasks
• Oversee processes to ensure inventory and orders are completed accurately and on time
• Utilize a warehouse management system and maintain work documents
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service
• Recommend development opportunities or discipline for employees
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures
• Safely operate equipment and tools
• Provide support to warehouse management
