Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in our Iowa facility. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, schedule staff, and coach a team to deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility to cover peak-season shifts. Relevant logistics or 3PL experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and barcode scanners.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules for the team.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
