Job summary

Leidos seeks an expert-level Lead Identity and Access Management Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise IAM solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. You will design, implement, and mature IAM architectures, mentor junior engineers, and drive security posture for government digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities include defining lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, and integration with Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, and CyberArk,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent; 12+ years of general experience preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive IAM experience and 5+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Hands-on experience with two or more IAM platforms (IGA, PAM, SSO, Directory).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, engineering, and continuous improvement of enterprise IAM solutions (IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA).
• Serve as SME for IAM architecture decisions and integration strategy across cloud and on‑premises.
• Define identity lifecycle management processes and RBAC/ABAC.
• Lead IAM audits, risk assessments, and remediation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Integrate applications into IAM platforms (Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, CyberArk).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers.
• Support incident response and forensic investigations involving identities.
• Evaluate emerging IAM technologies and adoption strategies.
• Prepare architecture diagrams and executive-level IAM roadmaps.
