Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a senior identity security leader to drive global IdP and privileged access management initiatives. The role requires shaping secure identity practices across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS platforms, partnering with AD teams and CIAM efforts to enable zero trust in a large enterprise.

You will own security policy design, guide implementation of CyberArk and Okta solutions, and collaborate with threat management to strengthen detection, monitoring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical cybersecurity experience with at least 7 years of identity security experience.
• Proven experience maturing identity security programs across enterprise tech environments.
• Experience enabling identity security across M365, cloud services, and on‑premises.
• Experience implementing privileged access management solutions (CyberArk preferred).
• Experience implementing IdP solutions (Okta preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering principal on implementing secure identity practices in technology architectures.
• Modify and control identity security policy, standards and guidance.
• Collaborate with AD and authentication teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Lead the delivery of zero trust strategy for users and third parties.
• Design privileged access management controls for privileged accounts.
• Own, operate and advance Privileged Access Management tools (CyberArk preferred).
• Serve as SME for secure identity service design and policy enforcement.
• Work with developers to implement CIAM best practices in online products.
