Ora Apps Inc. is seeking a Lead Identity Governance Architect to serve as the authority for its identity and access management landscape.

This hybrid leadership role defines architecture, guides implementation partners, and orchestrates data flows between Workday, OAG, and Oracle Fusion. You will ensure robust governance, SoD, and risk compliance while designing seamless workflows with ServiceNow, REST integrations, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with OAG, Fusion, Workday, and Active Directory.
• Experience with REST APIs and ServiceNow workflows.
• Expertise in identity governance, RBAC, and SoD controls.
• Strong leadership and vendor-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end identity processes with OAG between Workday and Fusion.
• Define sourcing logic for user attributes across Workday, AD, and Beeline.
• Build and enforce access governance, SoD matrices, and approvals.
• Advise on ServiceNow integration for access requests and role assignments.
• Oversee provisioning/deprovisioning and REST API connector work.
