Job description

We are seeking a Senior OIM Developer to support identity and access management (IAM) initiatives within a cybersecurity-focused environment. This role will focus on developing and enhancing identity governance solutions, ensuring secure access, automation, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
• Support identity governance, access provisioning, and role lifecycle management
• Build and maintain integrations between OIM and enterprise systems
• Customize workflows, connectors, and provisioning processes
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to enforce secure access controls
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and system integrations
• Work independently while contributing to a broader IAM team

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IAM, with strong focus on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
• Hands‑on experience with OIM development, customization, and integrations
• Strong understanding of identity governance, provisioning, and access control models
• Ability to work independently in a structured team environment
