Job Title: Lead Identity Governance & Security Architect (OAG / Workday / Fusion)

Location: Remote/ New York

Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Identity Governance Architect to serve as the functional and technical authority for our enterprise identity and access management landscape. In this hybrid leadership role, you will define architecture, guide implementation partners, and orchestrate identity data flows between key platforms—specifically Workday, Oracle Access Governance (OAG), and Oracle Fusion. You will ensure robust access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and risk compliance while designing seamless workflows with ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Identity Orchestration & Architecture: Design and optimize end-to-end identity processes with OAG sitting between Workday (authoritative source) and Oracle Fusion (managed system). Define sourcing logic for user attributes across Workday, Active Directory, and Beeline.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Build and enforce Access Governance frameworks, SoD matrices, access rules, role assignments, and approval workflows.
• ServiceNow Integration: Advise on integrating ServiceNow with OAG and Oracle Fusion for automated access requests, role assignments, removals, and approvals.
• Technical Integration & Lifecycle: Oversee identity lifecycle management (provisioning/deprovisioning), REST API integration development, and connector configurations.
• Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide overall design direction, facilitate decision-making, drive alignment between business and technical teams, and partner with external implementation vendors.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

• Core Platforms: Hands-on experience with Oracle Access Governance (OAG), Oracle Fusion, Workday, and Active Directory.
• Integrations: Proven track record with REST APIs, connector configurations, and ServiceNow workflow integrations.
• Domain Focus: Strong expertise in Application Security, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)—this role focuses on identity governance rather than infrastructure/network security.
• Ecosystem Familiarity: Prior exposure to contingent workforce systems like Beeline is highly desirable.
• Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional communication skills, ability to drive technical decisions independently, and experience managing third-party implementation partners.
