Job summary

Gen Digital is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the identity and entitlement platform that powers how members and access are modeled across Gen's family of brands. This foundation enables multiple product teams to build on top of it with consistent security and governance.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering, architecture, and brand product teams, crafting requirements and a scalable roadmap while guiding cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience owning platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable with API contracts and data models.
• Proven track record driving cross-functional alignment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for technical and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own identity and entitlement platform architecture and roadmap.
• Translate complex tradeoffs into simple, secure, scalable systems.
• Coordinate across engineering and product teams; drive alignment.
• Write PRDs and specifications for engineering teams.
• Communicate platform strategy to engineers and senior leadership.
