Job summary

Gen Digital's LifeLock team in Mountain View is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own core product experiences and lead the build-out of an AI Assistant. You will collaborate across engineering, design, legal, finance, DTC and marketing to ship features that protect identity and improve member engagement.

The role is senior and involves defining the vision for an agentic assistant, building eval pipelines, and partnering with ML/AI to set standards for accuracy, tone and safety.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management; 4+ years owning a mobile product at scale.
• Proven track record shipping consumer mobile features end-to-end.
• Direct experience building or scaling an AI/LLM-powered product with eval/quality metrics.
• Comfort working in fintech/identity/security environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPIs defined pre-launch and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with IAP, App Store management and mobile growth mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own Core Experiences roadmap, sequencing features to align with business goals.
• Make prioritization decisions between features, tech debt and scope.
• Drive in-app purchase flows and monetization channels.
• Lead growth levers like web-to-app conversion during onboarding.
• Define vision and roadmap for AI Assistant and agentic experience.
• Partner with ML/AI to set model behavior, safety, accuracy standards.
• Coordinate LifeLock mobile initiatives within Gen Digital platform programs.
