Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Microsoft Entra ID (IAM) Engineer to own and evolve our enterprise identity platform. You will lead administration, optimization, automation, and modernization across Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online, partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Messaging, and Application teams to strengthen security and scale operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of enterprise Microsoft Entra ID administration.
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Experience designing enterprise identity solutions and SSO architectures.
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the administration, optimization, automation, and modernization of the enterprise identity platform.
Design secure authentication and authorization architectures.
Configure and optimize Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Governance, and PIM.
Support hybrid identity environments and directory synchronization.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Messaging, and Application teams.
