Job summary

Frontier Airlines in Denver, CO, seeks a Lead Enterprise Modern Workplace Engineer to oversee the enterprise endpoint, identity, and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. You will provide technical leadership for endpoint management, identity services, collaboration platforms, and cybersecurity initiatives that support a secure, resilient hybrid environment.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Cloud Engineering, and business teams to align technology with security standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise endpoint management or identity administration.
• Experience with hybrid identity environments and Entra ID.
• Experience with Intune and endpoint patch management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID objects.
• Administer Conditional Access and MFA aligned to zero trust.
• Configure and maintain endpoint management with Intune.
• Oversee device enrollment, provisioning, and compliance policies.
• Support Defender for Endpoint and patching via Endpoint Central.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications across managed endpoints.
• Support Zscaler ZIA/ZPA access policies and private app access.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online services.
• Provide incident troubleshooting and cross‑team collaboration.
• Document procedures and automate tasks with PowerShell.
