Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in industrial or commercial engineering in mission-critical facilities.
• 5+ years ICT design in Mission Critical Environments.
• 5+ years developing and leading design documentation for construction.
• 7+ years experience with fiber optic components and cabling.
• Experience leading cross-discipline design coordination on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable fiber optic and copper plant designs across multiple regions.
• Own ICT architecture for complex, large-scale data center programs.
• Drive development and improvement of ICT design standards, templates, and QA/QC checklists.
• Resolve cross-discipline coordination challenges across civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and security systems.
• Mentor ICT engineers and participate in hiring and training activities.
• Travel 25%+ to conduct site visits, design reviews, and validate ICT infrastructure.
