Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Lead, IC&V for the 3rd shift to plan, direct and train a team of electrical and vision technicians. You will oversee preventative and corrective maintenance, coordinate line setups, and install new jobs in collaboration with Supervisors and Team Leads.

You will guide training, troubleshoot PLCs, program vision systems, and interpret drawings to support efficient production while maintaining safety and compliance with cGMP and GCP policies.

Qualifications

• TABE testing at approved grade level for position.
• Associate's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills
• Intermediate Computer Skills: Ability to perform more complex computer tasks and has knowledge of various computer programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• High standard of report writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide day-to-day direction to the IC&V technicians.
• Train less skilled technicians on PLC troubleshooting.
• Teach machine vision systems and code-reading systems.
• Commission, program and diagnose motion systems.
• Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and blueprints for production.
• Manage software and hardware for control/data systems and licensing.
• Read 3-phase electrical systems and installation procedures.
• Draft equipment drawings using AutoCAD.
• Identify equipment maintenance needs via PM Work Orders and communicate them.
• Follow LOTO procedures and lockout equipment during maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Mechanics on problem solving and setup.
• Ensure adherence to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies.
