Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to collaborate with maintenance mechanics and ensure efficient line setups and installations. The role involves maintaining electrical control systems, servo drives, PLCs, and vision systems to support GMP-compliant manufacturing operations.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance while mentoring junior staff and ensuring safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field or 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills required.
• Intermediate computer skills for more complex tasks and various programs.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery in industrial settings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems with testing devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliability of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address issues.
• Read wiring diagrams and NEC guidelines for proper sizing and installation.
• Train and mentor junior electrical maintenance staff.
