Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL seeks a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician for 3rd shift to install, program, and maintain electrical control systems, servo drives, and vision systems, ensuring printing and labeling accuracy.

You will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and adhere to LOTO policies, collaborating with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime. A two-year degree and 1–3 years related experience preferred; experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years related experience or training.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with AC/DC control circuits and electrical components.
• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Calibrate equipment and prepare certifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot PM issues.
• Lockout/Tagout procedures compliance.
• Operate hand tools safely and accurately.
