R1 RCM Holdco Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer – IT with strong IAM expertise for a Work from Home role operating on the US shift (EST). The candidate will own access lifecycle processes, manage complex requests, and drive governance across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities include end-to-end provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and audit remediation, with a focus on automation opportunities and policy adherence in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in IAM and access management.
• Proficient in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Understanding of RBAC and access governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently on high-priority tasks.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end access lifecycle including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning across multiple systems.
• Handle complex access requests, approvals, and escalations with minimal supervision.
• Ensure timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Perform detailed access reviews, audit validations, and remediation tracking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and application owners for role alignment and governance.
• Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities within IAM operations.
• Ensure adherence to IAM policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
