Job summary

Loud Solutions is seeking a Lead Integration & Test Engineer to own end-to-end integration and verification of advanced strike vehicles. You will be embedded in the build process, ensuring subsystems are validated before handoff to a major government customer.

The role demands deep systems-level understanding across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. You will mentor a junior integration engineer, develop test strategies, and scale the I&T function as production grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration and test in high-complexity environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional and cross-site teams.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and build out I&T functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle-level integration activities ensuring form, fit, and function across subsystems.
• Develop and execute integration and test strategies for early defect detection before delivery.
• Write and run test automation scripts (Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) for environmental testing.
• Design integration tooling and fixtures for safe handling of complex systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and help scale the I&T team across facilities.
