Job summary

Summit Midstream Corporation seeks a skilled Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to maintain site process instrumentation, control systems and electrical equipment across our midstream assets. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, install and repair various PLC/DCS architectures and field devices while following safety protocols.

Candidates should have an HS diploma or equivalent, prefer technical training and a Journeyman designation, plus about five years of instrument/electrical experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Journeyman electrical designation highly preferred.
• Five years maintaining instrumentation and electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, calibrate, configure and repair site process instrumentation and control systems.
• Install and maintain PLC, DCS, RTU and HMI systems (Allen Bradley, Delta V, ROC, Wonderware).
• Diagnose routine and non-routine equipment malfunctions and document results.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in work area.
• Possess and maintain accurate documentation and drawings per regulatory and company standards.
• Ability to work overtime and shifts as needed.
