Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Special Programs Integration Engineer to lead C2 integration across offensive hypersonics programs. The role focuses on MROM, Blackbeard, HIMARS, and CAML launcher integrations, coordinating with PM STORM, S3I, and PdM SHY leadership.

You will drive system-of-systems interface alignment, conduct feasibility studies, and provide technical oversight for sensitive programs in specialized environments. DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive engineering, technical project management, or system integration experience within DoD/U.S. Army/JPOs.
• Offensive Fires & C2 expertise in C2 systems integration, launch platform interfaces, or tactical fires software.
• Strong background in systems engineering, requirements definition, ICDs, and complex system-of-systems integration.
• Proven ability to drive consensus across external PMs, software centers (S3I), government teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication with senior Army/DoD leadership.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel ~10%.
• U.S. Citizenship required; active DoD Top Secret/SCI with SAR clearance upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system architecture, software alignment, and tactical control capabilities for PdM SHY hypersonic programs.
• Direct technical integration of the Blackbeard missile onto HIMARS and CAML launcher.
• Lead coordination with PM STORM, S3I, PdM SHY, and government teams.
• Develop ICDs and CONOPS for C2, missile, and launcher interfaces.
• Perform feasibility studies, trade analyses, and integration evaluations.
• Provide engineering oversight for sensitive hypersonic initiatives in controlled environments.
