Job summary

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive engineering, PM, or system integration experience in DoD contexts.
• Expertise in C2 systems integration, launcher interfaces, or tactical fires software.
• Strong background in systems engineering, ICDs, and interface control.
• Ability to coordinate across external PMs, software centers, and government teams.
• Excellent oral and written communication for leadership briefings.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Travel around 10% is required.
• U.S. Citizenship required; active TS/SCI/SAR clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary C2 Integration SME overseeing architecture and software alignment.
• Direct technical integration of Blackbeard onto HIMARS and CAML for MROM.
• Lead cross-stakeholder coordination with PM STORM, S3I, and PdM SHY.
• Develop ICDs, CONOPS, and interface requirements for C2, missile, launcher.
• Perform feasibility studies and trade analyses for interoperability.
• Provide engineering oversight for sensitive hypersonic programs.
