Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a Project Executive to lead large-scale data center projects as the Prime Contractor, blending MEP expertise with full-scope GC leadership to deliver mission-critical facilities with zero downtime targets.

You will drive front-end planning, manage contracts and change, supervise cross-functional teams, and partner with hyperscale clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of construction experience with GC leadership on large data center projects.
• Proven success delivering $100M+ hyperscale/data center programs.
• Experience leading projects with responsibility for all trades as Prime/GC.
• Deep understanding of MEP systems in mission-critical environments.
• Strong CPM scheduling, cost control, and risk management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Prime/GC delivery for data center projects and oversee all trades.
• Own contracts, procurement, and change management for large programs.
• Drive preconstruction planning, logistics, and long-lead equipment alignment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting and client communications.
