Job summary

ProPetro is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead hydraulic fracturing fleets from planning through post-job review. You will supervise engineers, ensure readiness, manage risks, and coordinate with customers and leadership to deliver safe, compliant operations.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of fracture treatments, schedules, and field-to-remote communication, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills and willingness to travel for field activities.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related STEM field.
• Proven experience in hydraulic fracturing engineering, with lead/remote ops preferred.
• Strong knowledge of treatment execution, schedules, pressures, and field-to-remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical and operational leadership for hydraulic fracturing fleets from pre-job planning through post-job review.
• Supervise engineering personnel and reinforce workflows, reporting, and standards.
• Maintain awareness of job status, risks, customer requirements, and fleet readiness.
• Conduct field visits to verify readiness, layout execution, and alignment with customers.
• Prepare and present KPI reviews for assigned fleets, highlighting trends and gaps.
• Coach and onboard engineers, reinforce workflows, and ensure reporting quality.
