Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Prior hydraulic fracturing engineering experience; lead engineering/remote operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing operations, treatment execution, schedules, and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical and operational leadership for assigned fleets from pre-job planning through post-job review.
• Supervise engineering personnel and reinforce workflow, communication, reporting, and standards.
• Maintain awareness of job status, risks, customer requirements, and fleet readiness.
