ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking a Fluid Technician to support hydraulic fracturing operations on location. You will handle chemicals, monitor deliveries, maintain inventory, and communicate chemical changes to vendors and clients.

The role requires basic chemical analysis, familiarity with HF equipment, and the ability to work a 12+ hour shift including nights and weekends in a safe, compliant work environment. Strong math and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Fluid Technician or Field Lab Technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, required.
• Must be familiar with hydraulic fracturing equipment (blender, hydration, C 10, etc.).
• Basic ability to perform pH water analysis and acid titration for pumped jobs.
• Familiar with viscometers (Chandler/Grace) and API standards.

Aufgaben

• Assign rates of chemicals designated by each job proposal to corresponding chemical pumps.
• Communicate necessary chemical adjustment recommendations to the client.
• Perform pre-job testing and generate pre-job reports prior to HF treatments.
• Record Bills of Lading (BOL) into BOL Log and verify delivery details.
• Monitor bulk chemical transfers and ensure driver presence during off-loading.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain sufficient chemical inventory for each job.
• Rig-up and rig-down of acid roll pump and ensure proper operation.
