Job summary

Top Stack is seeking an experienced Applications Project Manager to lead complex application-focused technology projects from planning through implementation. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholders while supporting new system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise application projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead application projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage changes to project timelines, costs, scope, and resource requirements.
• Support vendor management, contracts, and project-related procurement activities.
• Ensure projects follow established PMO standards and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
