Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery, optimization, and support of ERP, CRM, integration, and EDI platforms, serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of enterprise application experience and 5+ years guiding cross-functional teams, with familiarity in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, strong stakeholder skills, and a focus on governance and security.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience delivering enterprise applications.
5+ years leading cross-functional projects.
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, APIs, EDI, and middleware.
Experience managing vendors, SI partners, and technology vendors.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, CRM, and integration initiatives.
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
Establish delivery governance, standards, and release management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, architects, and external partners.
Own application lifecycle management for critical enterprise systems.
Drive enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and roadmaps.
Ensure performance, security, and compliance of applications.
Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into technology solutions.
Lead vendor relationships and contracts.
