Qualifications

• Academic degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil) or related field.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience, including leading technical teams.
• Experience in HVDC, transmission systems, substations or large-scale energy projects.
• Strong technical understanding with ability to develop HVDC expertise.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with ability to influence across locations.
• Leadership skills and confidence to make technical decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, clear and structured presentation.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong technical leadership across Plants and Civil engineering teams.
• Coordinate global design interfaces and communicate with customers and partners.
• Drive completion of engineering activities in tenders and projects.
• Manage technical risks and ensure quality, safety, and processes.
• Support installation and commissioning with expert guidance.
• Represent Plants in customer meetings, partner discussions, and reviews.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines including Electromechanical, Civil, and Auxiliary Systems.
