Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States or Canada.
• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in a similar technical leadership role.
• HVDC experience is advantageous.
• Coordinate engineering activities across project teams.
• Experience supporting customers and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Ownership of technical deliverables and quality outcomes.
• Effective communication and collaboration, including handling challenging conversations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and stakeholders during project execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and ensure accurate information is used.
• Guide development of technical solutions for HVDC projects and tenders.
• Drive engineering activities to support schedules, budgets, and contractual commitments.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure deliverables meet scope.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain technical quality across contracts and engineering outputs.
