Job summary

DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a full-time HVAC Lead Residential Service Technician for the new Broomall location. The role focuses on delivering top‑notch customer service while guiding and supporting other technicians through quality repairs and routine maintenance.

The Lead position requires on‑call availability (some nights and weekends), a valid driver’s license, and EPA refrigerant handling licensure or HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC experience
• On call required; some nights and weekends with on-call schedule
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, able to pass background check & drug screening
• EPA universal refrigerant handling licensure, Type II
• HVAC Certification or diploma from trade school or equivalent
• Able to work with iPad and phone for job finalizations
• Willingness to attend required trainings and invest in tools
• Capable of understanding client needs; positive work ethic
• Maintain neat, clean, professional appearance; organized truck
