- Strong communication and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities
- Lead and train technicians to deliver quality repairs and maintenance
- Perform and supervise HVAC repairs, diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate with leadership and manage on-call schedule
- Ensure safety and customer satisfaction on every job
